Summary
Once you have gained all your course credits (except for the final exam and the internship), in order to be able to graduate you have to register for the dissertation/final exam (“Domanda conseguimento titolo”).
Dissertation/final exam calendar and deadlines:

Registration for the final exam
The online registration form is available, after login, in your Esse3 web area (Laurea > Conseguimento titolo).
You have to attach the "frontespizio" signed by the Supervisor. The procedure will link you to Almalaurea's web site for filling in the mandatory Almalaurea survey.
Fill in all missing information and once they are complete press “Conferma” (confirm).

Payment of the graduation fee
A graduation fee of euro 72,00 has to be paid one week before the dissertation/final exam.
You will find the bank payment receipt (“MAV”) after you have successfully completed the above procedure in your Esse3 web area (hand-side menu: “Apply” - Segreteria > MyTasse.
Graduation thesis document
No later than 7 days befor the dissertation you have to:
- upload the graduation thesis document in the PDF/A-1b version in your esse3 web area
- if your thesis is based on a research project, you have to send an abstract to supportodidatticarovereto@unitn.it
Befor the thesis dissertation, you have to submit a copy of your thesis to the supervisor.
Thesis dissertation
The names of the members of the academic board and the time of the dissertation/final exam will be published as soon as they are available on the webpage of your Master's course > Graduation.
Giving up the thesis dissertation
f you have to give up your final exam session, please mail to the Students Support Service of your Department (supportostudentirovereto@unitn.it) from your unitn.it mailbox, or drop there during the opening times to inform them.
When you register again for the thesis dissertation/final exam, you will be asked to pay a further fee of the amount of €56, if the session takes place within the same academic year or of €72 if it takes place in the following academic year(s)
