The amounts of university fees and contribution for academic year 2021/2022 are described in the "Tuition fee amounts for Bachelor's and Master's degree courses" table.

To get a reduction in tuition fees compared to these maximum amounts, you have to

• calculate the university ISEE ("ISEE università", i.e. "Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator for subsidized benefits for the right to university study") if you are a citizen resident in Italy
• calculate the "equivalent ISEE" if you are a citizen resident outside Italy or resident in Italy and not financially independent.

The UniTrento fee simulator allows you to know the amount of enrollment fees for the 2021/2022 academic year based on your ISEE value.

The exact number of instalments (from 1 to 3) depends on the total amount of the tuition fees based on the ISEE value.

Any delay will be sanctioned and some of the University services may be suspended.

• for students resident abroad Equivalent ISEE a.y. 2021/2022

Having your ISEE università (or ISEE equivalent) calculated within the deadlines is also useful in these cases:

• if you have not renewed the enrolment for 2021/2022 since you are expecting to graduate (“in attesa di laurea”). In case the final exam/thesis dissertation is postponed and you are compelled to renew the enrolment for a.y. 2021/2022, the ISEE value will determine the exact amount to be paid. Otherwise you will pay the maximum amount of fees;
• if you are one year late with your studies (“fuori corso”) in a 5-year-degree course (“ciclo unico”) or in a master’s degree and benefit of a half-contribution exemption (“esonero metà contributi”). The tuition fees amount will range from the amount on the basis of ISEE value (if calculated) to the maximum amount;
• if you benefit from a total fee exemption or from an Opera Universitaria scholarship. In case of interruption of the benefit, the fee amount to be paid will range from the amount on the basis of ISEE value (if calculated) to the maximum amount

ISEE università for a.y. 2020/2021 can be calculated within 31 december 2021.

If you enrolled in a "5 year degree" course in Law or in Construction engineering/architecture in the academic year 2016/2017, the fee amount will not be over 20% more than the fee amount paid in 2016/17 if you are late with your studies for no more than one year and if all the following conditions are met:

• you were regularly enrolled for the a.y. 2016/2017 in one of UniTrento courses
• you had your ICEF calculated for a.y. 2016/2017
• you will have your ISEE università calculated for a.y. 2020/2021 within 31 december 2021.
