To get a reduction in tuition fees compared to these maximum amounts, you have to
- calculate the university ISEE ("ISEE università", i.e. "Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator for subsidized benefits for the right to university study") if you are a citizen resident in Italy
- calculate the "equivalent ISEE" if you are a citizen resident outside Italy or resident in Italy and not financially independent.
