Summary
In order to be admitted to the exams, you must have previously uploaded the courses in your transcript of records (“libretto”) from your Esse3 web area (hand-side menu: Carriera> Libretto) within the rules and time frames set for your degree course.
Any exam which is not in your study plan will not be taken into consideration, even if you have passed it.
The on line section is active only if you have paid the tuition fees for a.y. 2019/2020 and within the deadlines set.
Students enrolled in the first year
If you are enrolled in the first year, your study plan will be completed by the Student Support Service and will be automatically active.
If you are enrolled in the first year in Mathematics you can enter and change your Study plan from the 17 February to the 9 March 2019.
Students enrolled in the second year
If you are enrolled in the second year in one of these Bachelor's degree: Physics, Information and Communications Engineering or Biomolecular Sciences and Technology, your study plan will be completed by the Student Support Service and will be automatically active.
If you are enrolled in the second year in one of these Bachelor's degree: Computer Science, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering or Information and Business Organisation Engineering you can enter and change your Study plan (“Piano di studio”) from your Esse3 web area, hand-side menu: Piano di Studio >Piano Carriera (Study Plan >Career plan), according to the academic year of enrolment and within specific time frames only.
You are allowed to upload or modify your study plan from your Esse3 web area (hand-side menu: Carriera> Libretto) in the following time frames:
- 1st period: from the 1st to the 31st October 2019
- 2nd period:
- for Industrial Engineering, from the 20th January to the 28th February 2020
- for all the other courses, from the 17th February to the 9th March 2020.
Students enrolled in the third year
If you are enrolled in the third year, you are allowed to upload or modify your study plan from your Esse3 web area (hand-side menu: Carriera> Libretto) in the following time frames:
- 1st period: from the 1st to the 31st October 2019
- 2nd period:
- for Industrial Engineering, from the 20th January to the 28th February 2020
- for all the other courses, from the 17th February to the 9th March 2020.
"Fuori corso" students
A paper application is due in the case you are late with your studies ("fuori corso").
You can send the application form by e-mail to the dedicated Student Support Service (supportostudentipovo@unitn.it). Remember to rename the Study Plan with your Surname, Name and matricola.
Free choice activities
If you want to add in the "free choice activities", activities different from the ones proposed by Esse3 and offered in your Bachelor's Degree or in UniTrento, you have to:
- choose activities that are differents from the ones that you have already done
- enter and change your Study Plan online on Esse3
- complete and sign the paper application that you find attached, and send it by e-mail to the dedicated Student Support Service (supportostudentipovo@unitn.it) together with your identity document. Remember to rename the file with your name, surname and matricola.
Amendments in study plans will be evaluated by an academic board/academic Coordinator and will be brought to the attention of the Department Board if necessary.
Students with and academic transfer credit evaluation
A paper application is due in the case you have obtained an academic transfer credit evaluation (e.g. from previous or closed studies, transfer, Erasmus, etc.)
You can send the application form by e-mail to the dedicated Student Support Service (supportostudentipovo@unitn.it). Remember to rename the Study Plan with your Surname, Name and matricola.
