If the doctor is not in the list...
Should the doctor not be in the list in the download section, no self-certification is needed and you will have to pay the amount of € 15,00 for the normal visit and of € 25,00 if the doctor comes to your house.
Upon payment, ask the doctor to give you the invoice.
If you are Italian, you can be refunded of the amount paid either by the Health Board of your region of residence or by the Local Health Board Service (“ufficio Prestazioni”) the doctor belongs to.
