The extraordinary session is reserved for students who, to complete their studies, at 31st March 2021 must take only:
- the final exam
- and / or even the internship
- and / or even the curricular language test.
Students who have subscribed to the “Free circulation yearly pass” for the academic year 2020/2021 cannot unsubscribe from the academic year 2020-2021 and graduate in the extraordinary session.
Thesis title declaration
You have to complete and upload in Esse3 the “Thesis title declaration form” signed by your Supervisor (form available in the Attachments at the bottom of the page).
If you change the title later, you will be able to modify it in the second step (Master’s defense application).
Master’s defense application
Upload the “Final Examination Request” form signed by your Supervisor in Esse3 (form available in the Attachments at the bottom of the page).
After the submission of the Master’s defense application, you have to pay a contribution of € 72,00 (MAV) within the deadline indicated on it. The MAV payment slip will be available in your Esse3 private area.
Master’s thesis submission
Upload a copy of your thesis in Esse3.

Completion of internship, thesis copies and abstract submission

Submit the documents attesting the completion of your internship to Students’ Support Office at least 10 days before the Master's defense

Submit a copy of the Master's thesis to your supervisor 10 days before the dissertation.

Send a summary of the Master’s thesis to mcs@unitn.it 7 days before the graduation day.
Master's defense
Around 7 days before the dissertation on this page will be published the Committee's nomination-decree containing:
- the committee’s composition
- the list of graduating students allowed to discuss the Master thesis
- the time and the classroom where the Master's defense will take place
Each candidate will have 15 minutes for presenting her/his thesis and then there will be 5 minutes for questions.
Dissertations will take place online until different instructions: each candidate will receive detailed instructions by email.
