Submission of the graduation thesis title
The graduation thesis title ha sto be submitted to the Student Support Service (supportostudentimesiano@unitn.it).
Registration for the final exam
The online registration form is available, after login, in your Esse3 web area (hand-side menu: “Apply” - Laurea > Conseguimento titolo (Registration for the dissertation/final exam).
Attachments to the registration form:
- receipt of Almalaurea survey (or certification stating that you are not an Almalaurea user)
- "frontespizio" signed by the Supervisor: for Civil engeenering and Engineering for the environment the "frontespizio" is the same for the graduation thesis (paper and pdf version) and for the cd
- Energy engeenering: declarion subscribed by yourself
Fill in all missing information and once they are complete press “Conferma” (confirm).
Graduation thesis document
No later than 7 days befor the dissertation you have to:
- Civil engeenering and Engineering for the environment: submit one copy of the graduaotion thesis document (paper version) to the Student Service Support
- Energy engeenering: submit two copies of the graduaotion thesis document (paper version) to the Student Service Support
- Upload the PDF/A-1b version of the thesis in esse3.
Payment of the graduation fee
A graduation fee of euro 72,00 has to be paid one week before the dissertation/final exam.
You will find the bank payment receipt (“MAV”) after you have successfully completed the above procedure in your Esse3 web area (hand-side menu: “Apply” - Segreteria > MyTasse.

Giving up the final exam
If you have to give up your final exam session, please mail to the Students Support Service of your Department (supportostudentipovo@unitn.it) from your unitn.it mailbox, or drop there during the opening times to inform them.
When you register again for the thesis dissertation/final exam, you will be asked to pay a further fee of the amount of €56, if the session takes place within the same academic year or of €72 if it takes place in the following academic year(s).
