Summary
If you are planning to graduate by 31st March, but you are not certain that you will, you can apply for the “expecting to graduate” condition (“attesa di laurea”).
This will allow you, in case you did not succeed to graduate before 31st March:
- to finalise the enrolment to the current academic year without paying any penalty for the delay. The tuition fee must be paid no later than 31st March;
- to participate to the call for part-time students collaboration as long as you are a UniTrento student.
Application for the “Expecting to graduate” condition
If you are planning to graduate by 31st March, but you are not certain that you will, you can apply for the “Expecting to graduate” condition (“attesa di laurea”).
Please fill in the online application form by 30 September at noon.
Only after the above deadline data will be uploaded in your Esse3 web area, together with the bank payment receipt (“MAV”) reporting the tuition fee amount to be paid no later than 31st March.
If you have applied for a scholarship for the last semester
If you have applied for a scholarship for the last semester (this is possible only for graduate courses students) and you do not finally succeed to graduate before 31st March and have to renew the enrolment for the current academic year, you will have to follow a specific procedure that will be e-mailed to you.
You will have to calculate your family economic condition index (“ICEF”) again for a.y. 2016/2017 in order to get the update of the tuition fee instalment.
Should you not calculate ICEF, the amount of your fee will be automatically the highest one.
ICEF 2016-17
If you do not finally succeed to graduate before 31st March and have to renew the enrolment for the current academic year, you will have to calculate your family economic condition index (“ICEF”) again for a.y. 2016/2017 in order to get the update of the tuition fee instalment.
The old amounts are not valid.
Should you not calculate ICEF, the amount of your fee will be automatically the highest one.
