Summary
Students who have completed their studies can receive the Diploma by completing the following procedures.
How to receive the Diploma - Bachelor Study Program
If you graduate within a Bachelor Study Program, usually you can take part to the Graduation Ceremony that take place twice a year in Trento, or you can withdraw it at Student Support or ask to receive it by ordinary mail.
When registrations for the ceremony open (in Spring and in Autumn), graduates are notified by email.
How to receive the Diploma during Covid-19 Emergency
For the entire Covid-19 Emergency period in which the Graduation Ceremony is not held, it is possible to request the Diploma through an online form open periodically several times during the year.
You can receive the Diploma:
- by ordinary mail
- by collecting it in person (or through a delegated person) at the Student Activities Office.
For graduation sessions held from December 2020 onwards the online form will be open in the next months.
Graduates who have not yet requested the Diploma can contact
- the Student Support Office of their Department
- or the Office Services Office during the opening period of the online form.
How to receive the Diploma – Master's Degree Course and Five-year Degree Course
If you graduate within a Master's Degree Course and Five-year Degree Course, normally you receive the Diploma on the Final exam (graduation) day.
